My background in Business Finance from the College of Charleston gives me a financial and analytical perspective that I bring to every transaction. I pay close attention to the details that can affect value, negotiating position, risk, and ultimately, a successful closing.
My approach is personal, but never passive. I believe exceptional representation means asking the right questions, anticipating potential issues, communicating clearly, and staying closely involved from our first conversation through closing. Whether I’m preparing a home for market, evaluating an offer, negotiating terms, or helping a buyer assess a property, my focus is always on protecting what matters to my clients.
